High Speed Hydraulic Plastic Lid Compression Molding Machine (16-Cavity)

This machine is particulary designed to produce various kinds of medicine, cosmetic and beverage bottle caps. It adopts hydraulic driven system which is a stable transmission supplying larger pressure for mould,and also equipped with computerized automatic temperature control and extruder speed matching device to adjust temprature and material. There are 16 to 48 cavities for your choice which depends on the detail of your productivity.

Bottle caps are made from plastic granular raw material which is fed via the hopper, fluidized with high temperature, and then forms die block that is extruded from the discharge outlet of the extruder, cut with the cutting tray, uniformly distributed into each die cavity and finally mould pressed.
